I’ve had many companies clean my house in the Jacksonville area. I cannot rave enough about this place. The maids did a fabulous job and after a long day or work and hustling my kids around, I walked into a clean house. They went above and beyond doing a load of laundry, making all of the beds and changing sheets, the baseboards were actually white again! Unfortunately this company has serious customer service issues. You would think that getting back to a prospective client who is reaching out to YOU would be a number one priority. I had to contact them twice to even receive a response. Then, after being told I would be contacted the next day to set up my first appointment, absolutely no contact. If I could give this company zero stars I would. My fiancé and I tried to get service from them for about a month now. I texted their second number and got a hold of someone who eventually never answered back and never called me about a service I wanted. This company is very unprofessional, I am disgusted by the lack of customer service. You would think they would want clients.. but apparently not. The lack of customer service shows me they can not be a trusted company.

I can only give a 1 star because I wasn't even able to get in contact with anyone. I both called the office and texted and got no response, would have loved to try the service.
