After experiencing multiple issues in consecutive cleanings, I no longer have confidence in the quality control of this company. The initial deep clean I received was horrible. Dusting is supposed to be included in the service, yet our blinds were still half covered with dust, and our leather couch had not been properly cleaned either. This company is incredible!!! I cannot believe how clean our home is and how thorough they were. They were so kind to us and I am still in shock over how clean and fresh everything feels. We have a black lab who sheds constantly and her hair is everywhere—they were able to make it look like we don’t even have a dog! I am still in disbelief. Absolutely incredible, we are so grateful. I feel like they went above and beyond any expectations we had for what we would have considered clean and just made our place look brand new.
Hired for a move out/vacant clean. Unfortunately, this company didn't live up to my expectations. After they cleaned, there were still spots that weren't wiped down, there was spots on the floor that weren't removed, places that weren't dusted... I contacted the company and she was happy to send someone else out to complete the job. I was happy about that, but she still didn't complete the job.
