GREAT work . friendly employees GREAT price.
While the Owner Holly is very kind of her employees and respects them, her staff leaves a lot to be desired. As a former employee I can tell you that the manager, Roxana, gives no to little explanation to how they pay you. talks about you to other employees and expects you to resolve management related issues. I don't recommend getting maids and moore because it's a place where employees get treated unfairly.

We have used them for 3 plus years, paying $150 every two weeks. That is A LOT of money. Money that we were willing to spend for a clean house. At first there were no problems. In the past 6 months or more the quality of cleaning has gone downhill. I’ve gotten a partial refund and 2 full refunds due to them not properly cleaning my house. Needed some major help with my kitchen. I had an oven fire so there was an obscene amount of fire extinguisher powder everywhere. I paid to have two hours of list service. I thought the entire kitchen would take 2hrs. They came by and my ENTIRE place is spotless. It was absolutely wonderful and they completely blew away all my expectations!! I will definitely be recommending Maids & Moore to all Austin friends and neighbors. Job well done!
Easy steps to improve your business: Be honest. Take responsibility for damages that occur during cleanings. Do not call or imply that your costumers are liars. Do not lie. Do not offer to send pictures of customers private property to anyone who on the internet who requests them. Submit claims to your insurance when you say you are going to do so.
