I've been a customer for many years. I've also tried other services with lower pricing and I still like the Maids. It's nice having a back office that keeps notes and responds quickly to calls. Plus, the crew almost always has 3 people on the team and that makes for consistent quality. And they seem to have low turnover, which could be a sign of a good employer.
