I suggest that you do not waist your money with MaidPro Ballwin. I just had a baby and a friend bought me 5 hours (maximum) cleaning. I did not have high expectations for cleaning services, but since this would not cost me any money, I called Kim to schedule the cleaning. She was great, took several notes, explained the services in detail. When the day for the cleaning arrived, my mom was home with the baby and, even though 5 hours were paid (2.5 per cleaner), one lady stayed less than 40 minutes and the other one close to 2... read more
I tried this maid service and they over promised and under delivered. The owner can sell the service but when she comes to check the work she cannot see the dirt is still there.
