I scheduled service for two bathrooms, refrigerator, stove and microwave and wipe down kitchen cabinets for a house we were selling. I was quoted for 5 hours. 3 women showed up and worked for two hours and left. Didn’t offer a walk through and when I checked their work, it looked as if they didn’t even clean. I called back and sent pictures and video of their work. They sent someone out the next day who spent 4 hours cleaning because it wasn’t cleaned the first time. They still charged me for the 5 hours. Nicole knows exactly what I want done and where everything is kept. She is efficient, never on her phone, so I get what I'm paying for.
Bella is amazing! She has cleaned twice for me and she is not only a hardworking cleaner but she is also a very pleasant person to be around. I love that she brings freshly cleaned cleaning cloths and mop heads and all of the necessary cleaning products. She is exceptional!
