This is the first time for many years that I have had my home professionally cleaned. Turns out I really needed the help and ******, ******* and ***** were wonderful. I plan to schedule monthly service with MaidPro.
THEY HAVE CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD AND DID NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE BECAUSE THE SERVICE ADDRESS IS OUT OF THE ***** , I was 1) ignored my first two requests for a full move-in cleaning service; then told they don't service then, after contacting a THIRD time, was scheduled for service -- no text, call, or email confirmation at all! And they never showed up for the SCHEDULED SERVICE! AND THEY HAVE A PENDING CHARGE ON MY CARD FOR A SERVICE THEY CANT PROVIDE!!
I was charged with cleaning out my elderly parent's condominium after both passed away so new tenants could move in. Due to their advanced age and declining health, they had only done minor cleaning and from all appearances a full deep clean had not been done in many years.
