The company will send you different people until you indicate a preference. My cleaner is efficient, cheerful, and prompt—and always leaves the house looking and smelling fantastic. One other person they sent did not perform as well; she is no longer employed by them.

Horrible cleaning job. They sent two women for a small one bedroom and I was charged extra because they couldn’t finish the job on time. My apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. This service is a scam. Buyer beware.
