Wow!! Almost every time they were here they did not clean all the way. I took pictures each time. Forgetting items. They broke several items and they lied. They said they knocked on my door to ask questions and left right away. Didn’t finish and did I mention lie!! They will never service my home again. I am reporting them for sure. They won’t let me speak to the owner and told me that I couldn’t be upset as a customer. I was assertive that I was upset but never raising my voice or anything. We finally found a cleaning company that does great work! We have tried other cleaners only to be left disappointed. Maid Pros did a move-in clean on our new home and we were pleasantly surprised when saw the end result! We will definitely use them in the future for all of our cleaning needs! A++++
The crew at MaidPro did an excellent job cleaning out a rental home for us after we moved out. They were very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. We lived in the home for several years with 4 kids and 2 dogs. After we moved the house was in dire need of a deep cleaning. When the crew was done with the cleaning, the house looked terrific and nicer than when we moved in! I would highly recommend MaidPro and would definitely reach out to them again. Worth every penny!
