I'm not sure why Google keeps rejecting my edit, but this location has been closed for years. I would know because I used to work here.

We've had bi-weekly cleans for several months and have enjoyed the service. Kaitlynne and AJ did a fantastic job, for example, on the most recent clean today. They are accommodating for handling scheduling changes and communicate well. We plan to keep using them.

I had biweekly cleaning. I knew when AJ would come because the house was clean. However, when different staff would come many areas were missed. Several times the floor was not cleaned. When I complained they would give me a discount, I wanted a clean house! Many times they would cancel, one time they canceled and rescheduled and then didn’t show at the rescheduled time. The cleaning products that were used on the hardwood floor and furniture left streaks and smears I can’t remove. I also paid extra to have the 2” blinds cleaned and when I noticed they hadn’t been done I mentioned it. I was told by the young female cleaner she wasn’t aware of it but maybe it was in the work order! She hardly touched some of the blinds with a micro cloth and all the blinds are just as dusty and dirty as before.
