I was a long time customer of MaidPro Pasadena for a number of years. I tipped their staff well, consistently, and felt that I was a good customer. Then I had two horrible experiences with t. Their services. The first was when their cleaners activated a lock on my front door which I had previously explained to them doesn't have a key. This team has come to our home multiple times to provide housecleaning service and they are excellent! They are always courteous, professional, thorough and arrive on time. They do a great job keeping our home clean. The owner, Susana, is very attentive to detail and goes out of her way to make the customer service experience excellent. Thank you Maidpro Pasadena!

Once again MaidPro did a fabulous job. Betty was especially meticulous in cleaning and straightening everything in the apartment. It was a nice surprise to see the gunk cleaned from around lotion and soap bottles. Now that's thorough! Thank you, Betty!!
