This is an unprofessional, overpriced, and low quality “service” business, and likely to cancel right before the appointment. Zero stars.
Scheduled service well in advance and when I called to confirm the day before, they claimed they didn’t have record of my appointment and couldn’t get me in for a couple weeks. Seems as though they are very disorganized. When I originally scheduled the appt, the lady I spoke to had kids yelling in the background. While I’m all for working from home (as I do it myself), don’t let kids distract you from doing your job properly.
