This company has too many turnovers. Every time I get use to a cleaning crew they send someone new, and the cleaning is never consistent. Unfortunately, my latest cleaning ladies Ashley and Wendy left the company. The office sent two replacements that could not understand, nor speak English. They have cleaned twice and had to return twice. I had an appointment scheduled for today between a certain time and nobody showed. The app showed the time. When I called they told me a completely other time window.
There's rarely ever anyone in the office. Their phone service doesn't do any follow up to check what time slots are filled so you can't take their scheduled times seriously. The crew is regularly not even starting to clean some houses until well after the time you want it done by because they sign people up for jobs but don't have the staff to get them all done. This company is poorly run and they take advantage of their employees and don't pay them enough for what they are asking.
