I was very excited about the possibility of working with Nasrin long-term. I initially asked for a quote, and she provided me with a rate based on the total number of hours. At no point did she clarify that the quoted hours were per worker. She told me the service would take approximately 10 hours, so as a consumer, I understood that to mean 10 hours total— not 5 hours per person for two workers. I booked a service with MaidPro due to the top reviews they have in my area, and they did not disappoint. They arrived on-time, finished in their estimated time, and cleaned well enough that my landlord did not charge me for a cleaning fee on move-out. I’ve never hired a cleaning service before, so I can’t really make comparisons to other services, but I would recommend this group to friends and family without hesitating.

I had a wonderful experience with MaidPro Mclean! The team was friendly, professional, and very thorough. They took their time, paid attention to the little details, and left my home looking spotless and smelling fresh. It was such a relief to come back to a beautifully clean space. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable cleaning company!

They were able to fit me in at the last minute and did a wonderful job as well! They did an absolutely fantastic deep cleaning moving-related job with a very difficult space and I really can’t recommend them enough! Nasrin made sure to walk through the area with me afterwards to make sure I was happy with everything, and everyone was utterly professional.
