MaidPro is extremely reliable, easy to schedule, and very responsive to changes and other special instructions. Olivia -- the scheduler -- is super easy to communicate with. We've been customers since we moved to Claremont 12 years ago. While the quality does vary somewhat across cleaners on staff, I have never had a _bad_ experience. The standard of service is very high and well worth the expense.

The MaidPro staff is responsive and willing to work with us on when scheduling changes become necessary. The cleaning teams are generally thorough and consistent.

I used this service for a move out clean on a 750 sq foot apartment. The apartment was empty and already swept by me. I was quoted a four hour $350-400 for service, which is a little high, but I thought, stupidly, that would indicate they would do a thorough job. Sadly, no. The person showed up on time, and she was a nice person. However, that's the best I can say about the service.
