Maid Pro did a great job cleaning my home. I reached out to them and was delighted to speak with a friendly and professional person. The service was just as they promised and I recommend them highly.
If cleaning were an Olympic sport, these folks would take home the gold. 🏅 They showed up on time (already impressive), worked efficiently, and left my place so clean I was afraid to touch anything and mess it up. Seriously, my home hasn’t sparkled like this since… ever. They were also super kind, which is a bonus when someone is seeing the chaos you call a living space. Highly recommend—your dust bunnies don’t stand a chance.

Poor customer service with the actual owner/ person who makes decisions and the cleanings are not consistent. Tried working with them after a few bad cleanings (missed dusting spots, dust globs left on carpet, broken home decor, etc). Took days for a final response from management. Last straw was our cleaning was canceled day of. I’m usually flexible and just asked for a discount when the cleaning was rescheduled.
