Very good maid service. I have tried several and been disappointed but not by MaidPro. Good office staff. My maid is excellent, thorough, and does more than what is expected. She even did the dishes this week! Not on the cleaning list!
You have lost a potential customer based on your phone protocols. I called the local number only to end up at the national office. after telling her I am interested in getting a 1 time deep clean she transferred me back to local office. Lady picks up, we get disconnected. I call back, again get to corporate and tell her I got disconnected from local person. She tells me I need to call number again and hit option 2.
