First time with clean pro. Nice job. I expect it will be even better as we come to know more what is required and what to expect. House smelled amazing.
This service was sadly lacking. Even after a re-clean that took four hours, there was visible dust, pet hair, and grime in my home. Subpar at best, scammy at worst -- they basically took my money but DID NOT meet their own 49 point checklist standards. Have had cleaners before from this company a few years back but they must have changed owners. Cancelled ongoing service as it was a total waste of my time and money. AVOID!
Requested a deep clean yesterday of a house I just moved into and they did a terrible job. For $500, I would expect them to at least get visible dirt. I was even on-site asking them to redo areas. Pictures attached. They didn’t even clean the whole toilet. An astounding of attention to detail.
