Great crew, good clean. I had my move in clean w them as well, was so good I went for monthly,. I like the human factor, someone always answers the email or calls. I have never been called by a company the day before to just remind me they are coming the next day, life is moving quickly, I was happy to have that. Good clean
Our company just used them in 2 offices. We are continuing the service now because it has been a while since human beings did actual customer service themselves, and we have a point person we can always turn to. Makes a difference in our busy days. I was shocked when they called the day before the remind us they are coming by, and then contacted the day after after to make sure everything went well. Been a long time since I have seen good ol fashion customer service. The clean and follow up are impeccable as well.
MaidPro is awesome! @Darvin L. and @Patricia L. did a phenomenal job. They were timely, quick, and professional. I don’t think my floors have ever been so clean! I can’t wait for them to return!
I used MaidPro years ago and had a very good experience. However, we recently hired them to clean our new home before we moved in, and I was extremely displeased with their service. Originally, we thought that all renovations would be done before move in/before cleaning, so I had booked them for 7+ hours for a first time deep cleaning. That changed, and only 60% of the house needed to be cleaned, which was separated from the renovation areas with thick construction plastic. I had a really negative experience with this service--they'd usually send a different person each week, and they would often neglect to do the most basic things (they'd forget to take out the garbage, for instance, or they wouldn't make the bed). At one point, I caught one of them using my television set while they cleaned, and I also suspect that another one stole my credit card information to sign up for a Netflix account.
