I posted a 1-star review before and the MaidPro customer service representative and owner remedied it immediately! Originally, I had a move-in clean back in December and as we were moving things into the house, I noticed things that were not done, that I specifically asked for and sent pictures. They came back out (ON MY SCHEDULE) for a general cleaning and cleaned thoroughly. The crew that came back out were extremely nice and detailed. That is great customer service.
Maid Pro transformed my home into a refreshingly clean space. They are a lifesaver, especially Rem. Throughout the service, he communicated effectively and completed the job promptly. I highly recommend them
