They might be good for their clients but they arnt the best twords their employees they hire many woman and theres one that works 7 years and the other day she yelled they didnt fire her. They kept her and they kept their so called trainer who snitches imto the boss and lies about you as well as a employee . Today they fired me with no explanation at all as to why but they said clients called and said atuff i doubt easy to blame on someone new . We get excellent service from MaidPro. They clean beautifully. If you ask them to do, or not do, something, they remember every time. (The advantage of having the same people almost every time.) They're cheerful and warm, but also focused on getting the job done. It's been a pleasure to work with them and their management.
I love the convenience and dependability of MaidPro! Every week I can count on quality service, and if I have ever specific requests, they are always met above and beyond exepectations. The friendliness of the staff and communication with management is always seamless. I am so glad we found MaidPro!
I have been a client for around 10 years, and I cannot remember when I was disappointed. One of the very nice things about MaidPro is that one has the same cleaners every month (unless one happens to be on vacation.)
