Terrible! Worst home cleaning service I have ever had. They are charging a premium price and not providing even basic service. I keep getting told the cleaners run out of time, but it shouldn't take 2 people 1 hour to wipe kitchen and bathroom counters which is all that was accomplished at my last cleaning after I had already cleared them of dishes and personal items, and the majority of the house was still pretty clean from the deep clean redo.
