If i could give zero stars I would. If you are considering Maid Pro, move along, the negative reviews are negative for a reason. I have a small house, 2 br rancher that I can clean in 4.5 hrs(time they said it took them) by myself mind you, WAY better than the crap job they say they did. Just awful. Because I cancelled future services, they charged me more per hour. Yep, the contract does say this will occur, so seems like the horrible cleaning was just a way to make me cancel so they could get more money. Floors not done, f... read more

Great service! We had Nikki and Icis, and they were so nice and professional. Icis even asked me to look at our window tracks (that was a special request for us) to make sure they were how we liked them. Even dotted our TP and paper Towels to add that extra little touch. Everything feels so nice and clean! They even used a gentle cleanser in my baby's room to make sure it was safe for him. They left a huge, marked off checklist with a note at the end. Loved it!
