We have had a great experience with MaidPro Catonsville. No complaints.
Very poor cleaning the first time. I do not think the person used any disinfectant or cleaning solutions. Second time they came to do another service and it ended up taking almost 6 hours. They went on to schedule another appointment for me. I told them I was not interested in their services. They charged me an additional $130 so be careful when they say they are giving you a discount.

I would not recommend their services the customer care rep is unprofessional. The fact that you cannot schedule a particular time rather a 4 hour time ranging is insane, for a mere 1.5hr service. Cleaners will pop up on you no call prior just sitting outside your home. I received a cleaning but in the allotted 1.5hr only the bathroom and kitchen were completed and I was asked to pay for extra time, it’s a no for me. Mind you the service is 200 per 1.5 hr service.
Abby is wonderful! She has such attention to detail and is great with kids. She leaves our house sparkling and is so considerate when cleaning the children's areas. Thank you, Abby!!
