As promised, here's my updated review after the third cleaning. I'm rating the business 3.5 stars. **Cons:** Communication could be improved! - The client portal is not easy to navigate. I couldn't even change something as simple as my payment information without back-and-forth emails. - The regional manager is not always available and often prefers to call during my work hours, which is not ideal since I work full-time. - It would be better if communication could be consistently handled through the portal or email instead o... read more
MaidPro is great. I have used their services for the past 6 months and I intend to continue on. They are consistent with phone/email communication and working with me to get everything in order for each appointment. We have had the same MaidPro representative (Joanna) to come in to clean our spaces and she is fantastic! We absolutely love her.
