Extremely disappointed with MaidPro. I paid for a deep clean of the entire house plus extra charges for the oven and fridge, and it honestly looked like barely anything was cleaned. Nothing even smelled like cleaning products were used. The toilet was still dirty, the bathtub was still dirty, the fridge was left unclean, and the stove/oven were not properly cleaned either. I was supposed to have service done today; however, the person texted me 25 minutes before the scheduled time, 9 am, to let me know they would be taking an Uber, then asked me again about parking, which I had already explained. However, the person didn't feel comfortable about the parking. than the person says they approved the Uber. However, they wanted me to reschedule. by far the worst cleaning company, the cleaners are great they get the job done, but the company? horrible management no sense of communication, you call and no one answers, they schedule to send a cleaner and if the cleaner doesn't find parking they do home. I have reached out via phone and email and no response.
