We engaged MaidPro for several months, on a monthly basis. The pros were good at cleaning (and I’ve recommended them to others) but the main issue is timing. Our appointment timing is always at 10am. Since the 2nd or 3rd appointment, the pros are always late. Started with 20 mins, then 1hr, then 1.5hr. Today (Apr 10, 2025) I called several times and Richard (not sure if he’s the owner or coordinator) kept telling me they’re wrapping up, they’re on the way, etc. and finally the pros came at almost 2pm!!
