I had a disappointing experience with MaidPro. The day before my first scheduled service, they tried to push my appointment out by two weeks, which wasn’t acceptable after it had already been confirmed. The service was supposed to be a deep clean, but when the team arrived, they seemed rushed and stressed. They mentioned that dusting blinds and window sills wasn’t included, even though their website and checklist say otherwise—and those items were still marked as completed. They did a great job! Very through and a lot of attention to detail.
We have been using Maid Pro for several years and made the big mistake a year ago of thinking we could save a few dollars by using a different cleaning service - well, we were right, they were different, not professional at all, and very low cleaning skills at all, big mistake. Lesson learned, we came running back to Maid Pro and love our cleaner Melissa, she takes great pride in her work and truly cares - what a blessing she is!!!
