BEWARE of MaidPro Grapevine/Southlake I never leave a bad review; however, I am trying to prevent anyone to go through what I did. $538.88 totally wasted, total scam . I hired them for a post remodel cleaning for dust collection. Three female employees showed up late to clean our house (we had an appointment). I had a disappointing experience with MaidPro. The day before my first scheduled service, they tried to push my appointment out by two weeks, which wasn’t acceptable after it had already been confirmed. The service was supposed to be a deep clean, but when the team arrived, they seemed rushed and stressed. They mentioned that dusting blinds and window sills wasn’t included, even though their website and checklist say otherwise—and those items were still marked as completed.
