Avoid this business at all cost. Surbhi Airen aka Susie the manager is so unprofessional and rude. I booked a one time cleaning with them, she sent 3 people to my place that tried to leave without finishing the service. They told me they were only given 1-1.5 hours to clean. When I complained to Susie saying it’s not enough time because they haven’t finished cleaning and they’re trying to leave or missing certain spots that need to be cleaned as mentioned in their checklist, she told me I should pay more if I want more time.... read more
