SCAM - everything about this experience and service was terrible. I booked a deep clean, and basically just had my sheets changed and beds done and light dusting. No mopping floor, cleaning base boards or anything else included in their “49 point deep clean”. Reached out to the owner to rectify the situation, and was ignored for four days. After threatening to dispute the charge with my bank, I received a text message, denying the poor job that was done, even though I have video proof from inside my home. DO NOT BOOK.
