It has been an absolutely horrendous experience working with this company over the last 5 months. We have given MaidPro ample opportunity to correct their issues and they still left us disappointed. Cleaning quality was suboptimal at best. A number of cleans were left without any of the carpets being vacuumed and bathrooms looking worse off than when we left one. Our home has been using MaidPro for over a year now and we are very pleased with their professionalism yet with a personal touch. When we were unable to reach out to them, they reached out to us and bent over backward to help us when we were experiencing grave difficulty. Their cleaners are very courteous, friendly, and professional.
