Last week, we had a new young lady come to clean our house - our regular was ill. She arrived on time, was very polite, was receptive to be shown what was her responsibilities.. Upon checking the upstairs, I noticed a couple of things she had missed, and she was immediately responsive and rectified the issue. Upon finishing , on time by the way, she asked if I would like to do a walk through to make sure she had taken care of everything. She finished on time and did a wonderful job.. Thank you Allison.
