I chose Maid Pro based on the excellent reviews. I called at a very busy time–Thanksgiving week–and they were able to squeeze me in due to a last minute cancellation. Milly arrived exactly on time and brought all the equipment and tools she would need. She worked quickly and efficiently for several hours, never stopping to take a break. The end result was fantastic, I could not be happier. Thank you, Milly :-)

LOCAL OFFICE was LATE, MANAGER UNBELIEVABLY RUDE When I called to speak to the manager (Janet) and let her know that I would not be in need of her services any longer because her employee was 15 mins late, I was met with an attitude. I told her that the intake specialist had not sent me an email expressing the time, date and amount that I needed to pay to which I was met with "That's the home office, not my office".
