Virginia was extremely kind and helpful with my mom. Rosa did a wonderful job cleaning my mom’s house. She was very diligent and professional. My mom’s house looks great!!!
I recently started working with Maidpro Monroe and cannot say enough good things about this company. Valery and team do a wonderful job. They are punctual, solicit feedback, and most importantly leave my house extremely clean and looking great. I highly recommend them to anyone in the market for a cleaning service.
Update: the owners response is fabricated. See text message exchange screenshots. (My last message was ignored) This was a very expensive mistake. I paid $500+ for a deep/moving-in clean only to have to redo it myself. Dishonest company. Use literally any other cleaning crew and save yourself the stress.
Virginia and her team did a FANTASTIC job. From the initial consultation to actual cleaning day, they were professional, responsive and super easy to work with... The house itself hadn't been touched in over a year (settling estate) and so they definitely had to bring in the A-team.
