I was just reading the reviews and I saw the responses of this company ...Definitely doing a huge detour I haven't even talk to these people at all but from the looks of the responses definitely need to work on professionalism and their customer service. Horrible customer service, rude and overpriced.
They ask that you turn your AC to 70° in which I did. My daughter's had thick hoodies on because they were so cold. The ladies that were cleaning kept saying they were hot yet my house was cold and they were up stairs cleaning and we all know heat rises. If I was moving around I would be a little hot too, but I wouldn't complain and say that I'm turning red and about to fall out. Michelle and Amanda have been cleaning my home for several months. I was so happy to see them (with masks on of course) after a long break in services during Covid-19. They are friendly, efficient, dependable and thorough. I have been particularly appreciative of their flexibility during their last few visits.
