I have been using MaidPro to clean my office and home for over a year now. Back on June 16th one of the MaidPro employee's hit our employee's vehicle, damaging the rear bumper. Insurance information was exchanged with the MaidPro employee. We alerted our contact person at MaidPro to make sure they were aware of the situation. After more than a month with no reply we were finally able to get in touch with the Ft. Wayne owner, Kathryn.
