This company may be ok for a light cleaning and sterilizing, but I do not recommend this company for any deep cleaning needs or tough stains. I was renovating a rental property, and I had a little paint on the cabinets and floors, which they said they could not get it off. After they left I took a rag and removed it from the cabinets in 10 minutes and got several spots off the floor. I also paid extra for them to clean the inside of the cabinets, but it was still as dusty as could be after their service. They could not remov... read more
Disappointed in the quality of service. No wonder it took 2 hours to clean two bathrooms; maids were on their phones when I checked. Bathroom smelled worse than before service; smelled like sewer..almost like they used the toilet water to clean the toilet seat or something. Had to re-wipe again myself after they left. Seeing how highly it’s rated, maybe we just got unlucky with whoever got assigned to our place. Regardless, I wouldn’t seek service from them again.
