Disappointed in the quality of service. No wonder it took 2 hours to clean two bathrooms; maids were on their phones when I checked. Bathroom smelled worse than before service; smelled like sewer..almost like they used the toilet water to clean the toilet seat or something. Had to re-wipe again myself after they left. Seeing how highly it’s rated, maybe we just got unlucky with whoever got assigned to our place. Regardless, I wouldn’t seek service from them again.
This is by far the worst cleaning service I've ever received. She didn't vacuum, she didn't touch the kitchen, she didn't clean my shower, she didn't touch the sink. I initially booked this service for my first floor and 2 bathrooms upstairs and the result is atrocious. I'm confused and angry at the same time. I wish there's a way to give 0 stars. Please save your $ and DO NOT use this service.
MaidPro does a great job. Staff is always on time, friendly, and professional.
I am enjoying my cleaning service so much! Heather is outstanding. She is a hard worker, very attentive to special instructions, incredibly respectful and so sweet. She is easy to be with and puts her heart in her work. She is a gem. Thank you Maid Pro!
Thank you MaidPro's Tonya and Shania. We're very pleased with their cleaning job yesterday (Tonya and and trainee Shania). On 1/09/23 they showed up on time and never stopped working during the entire time they were here. This is my 71st cleaning using MaidPro...and everything Ali had promised when setting up the service is true. I highly recommend MaidPro. We appreciate the great job they did.
