Scheduled a move out cleaning. Crew came and began cleaning. I left to run an errand and came back 30 minutes later and the cleaning crew had left. The owner still charged my card for the full amount without authorization and when I texted him to ask what happened and complain about the lack of service he stopped responding to me.
