Late and did not do a sufficient job. Floors under cabinets in kitchen were not swept. All over bad experience.

I was scheduled to have monthly cleanings. They went well for the first couple of months. However, I received an email reminder for my November appointment. I stayed home to wait for the women to come. But no one came. I figured they may have been running late so waited an extra 30 mins. Then I called Ankit. I made an appointment almost a month ago to have my house cleaned for Thanksgiving, I received an confirmation email two days before the appointment stating the maids were coming. The day of the appointment I called to confirm the time of arrival and got no response. No one answers the phone only texts. I was told that they forgot I was on the schedule for today and they are shorthanded. Had I not called I would’ve just been sitting here waiting for them to show up. I ended up calling another maid service!!!

This company do not uphold there verbal agreements over the phone. I was told that I’ll be charged a low price than the quote price over the phone. The maids came and did an excellent job.They cleaned the house except for two rooms.which I told them not to do. So the following day I get call from maid-pro saying I will be charged full price “because the girls stayed a little longer “which I don’t see how if they didn’t have to do two rooms?!?!!
