I contacted Maid Pro after my cleaning company contracted COVID and was out of commission for several weeks. I was excited to get my initial "deep clean" after going over a checklist with the representative and being told all the details. I was promised the cleaning would last anywhere from 2.5 to 5 hours. I have been avoiding writing this review for over a month in order to give the benefit of the doubt to this company, however they have proved me wrong doing the right thing. Originally I was quoted for 8 cleaning hours of work to do a deep clean according to their "point system" before we were showing our house in hopes of selling it in the days following the clean we scheduled with MaidPro. Started out great but then month to month got progressively worse. Spoke to management twice and they stated it would be taken care of - it didn't. The last cleaning they performed they missed the 2nd floor of my home! No call from management - no accountability.
This was my first time using maid pro, when Jackie came to our home she was both friendly and professional. Before cleaning Jackie inquired if there was any special products she should use on the furniture and if she had a question about anything she asked. Jackie was also very efficient, she cleaned both high and low places. I would recommend and request Jackie for future cleanings.
Wow! I had my first clean yesterday. I came home from work to a very detailed, clean home. Thank you Maidpro and my Pro cleaner Carla. Stephanie and Matt made everything easy from the estimate to listing to my concerns as I have a dog and everything I had asked them to relay to Carla was done way and beyond to my expectations.
