Started out great but then month to month got progressively worse. Spoke to management twice and they stated it would be taken care of - it didn't. The last cleaning they performed they missed the 2nd floor of my home! No call from management - no accountability.
RecommendedI called MaidPro on a holiday in a panic that I was moving into my apartment the following day and we needed someone ASAP. The office sent Stephanie to save me the following morning. I cannot say enough about how wonderful Stephanie has been. She has made me feel so comfortable in my new space. The apartment is immaculate. She has been coming every week and I look forward to her calming presence. There is no job that she will not tackle with expertise.

I had I hopes for using MaidPro for ongoing service but unfortunately found their service lacking. With my first cleaning not all 49-points were completed and it was a bit disappointing. My second cleaning with Wendy was great and I would have love to continue having her clean my house but unfortunately I was sick (food poisoning) the morning of my next service. RecommendedBertha is absolutely wonderful. She is very professional and pays attention to details which is a must for me. I am very pleased with her service.
I had the worst experience with them. First they charged me 331.00. The house was still dirty, I was called by Julie the manager who needed an extra hour at 62.50. I authorized that. I had them come back and reclean and it’s still dirty. I have almost 400.00 in this service and after I complain and want my money back, they say no refunds, they don’t do walls, vents, toilets, blinds or windows, they don’t take any garbage either.
