good satisfactory cleaning They do a good job every time, no doubt about it. Some of the staff do a better job of cleaning than others. Few really DO get the light switches, doorknobs. . . detail work smudge free. However, they offer a satisfactory job -- never less.
No clue what customer service or "cleaning" means I called to have bi-weekly service started. Your first time they send out two maids to do a "deep clean". I paid 200.00 for two people for 5 hours of work 2 1/2 hours per maid. They show up on time, which I thought was great. I left a check and hoped to return to a very clean house. I paid extra for the fridge and stove to be cleaned out which I was quoted $25.00 for both. I got a call two hours later saying they were done.
