Maid pro, I’m disappointed in your management. If you say you are going to remedy the situation then follow through. The last time it was acceptable to say you are going to do something and not do it is when we were children. I was patient that the work in the first place wasn’t great. Because I get it. But to handle the situation in the manner that it was handled (being lied to, given the run around) absolutely unacceptable and the most unprofessional. Thanks for nothing. 8:30 am..first appt..a no show. Called in for status, told I now have a 10am -1pm window..what? A manager will call you shortly.. no call. Called and canceled all services, guy on phone tells me..but we were doing you a favor by working on a saturday..no buddy, I was PAYING you for a service on a Saturday. Now you have nothing. Save your time and frustration.. obviously they are not reliable
I am a small time real estate investor and have a property in Ormond Beach. I had a tenant move out and another one move in on the same day. The new tenants were highly disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and I was in a bind. Luckily I found MaidPro Volusia. Katherine and Pam there were not only very helpful, they located their best cleaner who was off duty that day. She was able to spend 1.5 days cleaning the place with virtually no notice.
