Had this weekly service for two years. They were okay. Some weeks were great and others the floors would look awful. Finally found Audrey who did a great job. When she left... it went downhill from there horrible cleanings... then they upped our weekly charge bT $40 without telling us. I asked for our money back and they assured me it would happen. Used them for my air bnb . They stripped the beds and threw linens in a pile on the laundry room floor and left them. They were suppose ck wash and dry linens and replace them . They threw whatever on the beds after the stripped the beds. Left crumbs on living room coffee table !! They were in and out so quickly and the poor cleaning and did no laundry showed. I recommend MaidPro. Audrey and Alicia have been cleaning our house for quite a while now. They are honest and thorough. They do a very nice job, at a reasonable cost. I called them to schedule a cleaning, was told i would receive a call to confirm, they didn't call, I called them to ask why and was told they would be at my house between 9 and 11, I asked to cancel since they never confirmed, was told I would be charged a cancellation fee, I did alert the rude woman on the phone that they never confirmed, she apparently has hearing issues, after checking google reviews, I now know that this was a blessing, this company is more a fraud then anything, BBB has a D rating for fraud.
