This company serviced my home once before I cancelled service. Yet, they took another housekeeping fee from my account that I am currently trying to have refunded back to me. Unable to reach a live person to help me because they don’t answer their phone.
i can’t believe people still treat other people this way! one of the maids damaged something at our house and the manager Jen promised to pay it back and never did! they then proceeded to stop responding and answering and i had to pay it out if my own pocket! hundreds of dollars. so disappointing. very unprofessional, very sneaky ways of business and actually stole us from the cleaning company we originally signed with that they were helping manage before they infiltrated! they were nicer people! should have seen the warning... read more
I had them come over for a special cleaning up after Thanksgiving. Came over and made my Thanksgiving dinner clean up easy I appreciated the holiday so much more. Jennifer is professional and her team is thorough. .
