These guys are LIARS. A few weeks ago, I scheduled my regular cleaning. I specifically asked not to send one woman, who was very nice but did not do the job I asked for before. So, they sent her anyway, and did not tell me - which made for a very awkward situation when she came and asked me why I didn't like her.
