MaidenWhite Bridal carries what I thought was my “dream dress.” It happened that I was in town and called the day before their sample sale. They had a single cancellation so I took it! I was not expecting to leave with a dress that legit made me cry, but Brittany was a dream come true. The people here are the sweetest and so kind. They made this day so special for me. I did however feel a little disappointed when my custom dress came looking completely different in the top area. The cup size was massive and the off the shoulder straps were very long. But I will say I love my dress it’s gorgeous and I am hopeful that someone else can fix the top before my wedding day. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! From the moment we walked in, no one greeted us or even acknowledged that we were there for such an important occasion. Not a single “congratulations” or smile — just cold, dismissive attitudes like we were an inconvenience. This was supposed to be a special, joyful time choosing my dream wedding dress with my family, and instead, it felt like we weren’t welcome at all. I had the best experience from start to finish with MaidenWhite! I am a bride working with a tight timeline and called to see if dresses here would be an option for me considering how soon the wedding is. Alyssa the owner was very nice and helpful in that first phone conversation. I also received a lot of texts and emails leading up to the day double checking details, which was very thoughtful. I cannot recommend Maiden White enough! I worked with both Alyssa and Britany and they were wonderful to work with. They were kind and accommodating, and I never felt rushed even when I had tons of questions. Alyssa was willing to work with me to ensure I was able to get my dream dress. The dress selection and quality at Maiden White is incredible and unlike anything else you can find in Vegas.
