I had the same experience as the other one star reviews. This place used to be great but they have gone down the toilet and do not care about patient experiences or feedback. When I tried to give feedback they hung up on me. Very unprofessional place. I have since found a naturopath who caught all the things maidenhair missed/ignored and she's changed my life! Excellent care and excellent results!
The Clinic when I started over a year ago was great. I then think they realized the profit they could make and things started to change. Services and customer care were eliminated. Extra charges were added and services taken away. The medication I was getting then doubled in price. The doctor I met with tried to upsell me other medication’s. After speaking with my regular doctor, they said there was no way that medication should’ve been recommended for me at my age and medical conditions. It was just the Clinic’s way to make... read more
