The staff is extremely friendly and thorough!
At patient intake clinic was very eager and responsive with making sure medication, inquiries and treatment was abundantly clear, but as time went on, medication started showing up late, calls were not returned and obligations were not met. When addressing something as serious as the clinic does, I find difficulty in recommending this service to anyone who is looking for prompt responses and support in a timely manner. I can't express enough my gratitude for the team here. I'm pretty sure their knowledge and compassion saved my mother's life. I myself have had amazing results with hormone therapy and will continue to recommend to everyone I know. I had zero energy, was an emotional mess. I am now more motivated, energetic and calm.
