Did this dentist offer you anesthetic when appropriate? Not at all, I said I was in pain, but they told me to deal with it Does this provider always put the customer first? Somewhat, but I didn't feel like they cared about my needs Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Does this provider remember you by name? Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I was completely satisfied with my visit and feel that it was time and money well spent. I am lucky to have found such a great dentist. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? No, they were polite Did this dentist explain your dental procedure to you? Yes Did they follow up with you after your appointment? I had a follow-up appointment, but I scheduled it. Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did your gums bleed excessively after your appointment? No, they didn't bleed excessively

I go here because it is close and they have all my records ready. They won't do anything beyond the initial purpose of the visit, instead they will assist in making another appointment. Some of the receptionists can be rude, but this is usually after an uncooperative patient (too many examples to list). Be very specific when making appointments and almost demand what you want done. If you don't, they will leave it until it is necessary to work on. Not bad for the convenient location and they do good work at least.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office was easy enough to find. I choose this dentistry because it was a "family dentist" but I found it was geared to adults. I brought my 3 y/o and waited in the waiting room for almost 45 minutes. Not ideal for a 3 y/o.
