girls were always late did not dust throughly or mop I'm disabled and depend on their services I complained to Nikki but she did nothing to rectify the problem she takes up for them also they were scheduled to come I had to call Nikki because they hadn't shown up she then rescheduled me after waiting all that morning I shouldn't have to call her, she should be calling me if she cared about her clients they don't speak good English either waist tome talking together
Always late did not clean thoroughly got out in less than an hour even being late some did not speak English i complained nothing was done she takes up for her cleaners and does not make it right

Mistakes happen, and how a company handles them is what makes the difference. MaidClean failed to clean out the refrigerator for a furnished rental move-out clean and the food rotted and had a terrible smell for my tenants. The tenants had to throw away all of the disgusting food and tried to clean it themselves. When I informed MaidClean of their error, they came back and wiped it out again, but the smell wouldn’t go away. I had to buy a new refrigerator and the company was not helpful or apologetic at all.
