They do a decent job, but were not up front with expectations. We had a move out clean, the renters had already done a good job cleaning and it's a very small house, less than 1,000 square feet that was empty. I was quoted 2-3 hours. I was called at 4 hours saying they still weren't finished. I had them leave the house without finishing and negotiated down to 3.5 hour charge. Was not happy with there cleaning
I had scheduled with this company almost a week ago for a deep clean. The day they were suppose to show up, no one called, and I could not get a response from the office, and the voicemail is full. I waited for four hours for no one to show up.
We have used their services many times for our house and Airbnb. They do excellent work, are super flexible, and extremely thorough. Highly recommend!
They did a very thorough job and were very communicative and helpful as we had to reschedule due to the big snow storm. I will definitely be using their services again and recommend them to everyone! I used Maid4Clean for a moving clean out.
