We've used Maid-to-Sparkle for over a year and half now, and have several different cleaners throughout this time based on our availability at times; but have had a positive experience with each. We have had our regular cleaner for almost a year and they are Great! We fully trust our cleaner and would recommend ours to anyone. Also, Brandy in the office is very professional and great to communicate with.

Worst deep clean ever. Waste of $357. They did nothing for 4 hours. They only offer a 24 hour re-clean. I was late calling to complain because I was busy moving for two days. So, they offered nothing, but honestly not worth the time to bother trying to teach maids how to re-do a deep clean. Even the manager said it was obvious there were areas that needed to be the-cleaned by the pictures I emailed back. Don't waste your money. There are so many other companies out there.

Sandra, We're very sorry that the staff missed some areas. Brandy (the office manager) did offer a re-clean, approved by our owner, but you declined that and wanted a full refund. Since the staff did spend hours working on your cleaning and there were satisfactory areas, we were unable to offer a full refund but the free re-clean was still on the table, even though we received your phone call past our 24 hour guaranteed time frame.
