Very disappointed in this service. Initial clean was great (I was home), second time ( I wasn’t home and left them a check on counter) I came home and couldn’t even tell they were here. Did not do anything they said they would. Called them and spoke to Owner/manager, who claimed she would “make it up to me” and made excuses that they were new employees who came out the second time. Never returned any of my calls but had no problem cashing my check. Absolutely terrible service.
Have used this service for nearly 2 yrs. They have always cleaned to my expectations & been very friendly & efficient. Will continue to recommend Maid To Perfection.
